- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage or crumbled bacon
- Half a cup of chopped red, green, or yellow bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup cream or milk, if desired, for fluffier eggs
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent dough and press it into a greased baking dish, stretching it to cover the bottom.
- Cook Sausage & Veggies: Sauté sausage, bell peppers, and onions for a few minutes until softened.
- Beat Eggs: In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble: Sprinkle cheese, sausage, and veggies evenly over the dough. Pour the egg mixture on top.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until eggs are set and edges are golden.
- Serve: Let cool a little, cut into slices, and serve hot!

Substitute any of your favorite veggies or meats.
