Description

This chicken quesadilla recipe combines seasoned chicken, gooey cheese, and a crispy tortilla for a quick, delicious, and customizable meal. It’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or even an appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken breast, skinless and boneless, sliced into little cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese, either Monterey Jack, cheddar, or a combination
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
  • For frying, use cooking spray or a little oil.

Instructions
